Kids On Track First Steps

A comprehensive movement program for children from 2-3 years old, where children under the supervision of their parents learn the first steps in sports and develop movement literacy in accordance with their psychomotor development. The exercise is focused on balance and coordination exercises, development of basic movement skills, strengthens social interaction and builds healthy self-confidence.

Little Athletics 4-5 years

For children aged 4-6 years, we offer versatile movement development in the form of games and competitions, the basics of throwing, jumping and running, supplemented by gymnastic basics and ball games. English is part of the lessons thanks to movement games on different topics. In our lessons, children not only develop their physical abilities, but also strengthen their self-confidence and social skills through various group activities.

Fun Athletics 6-8 years

For children aged 6-8 years, we bring the first closer acquaintance with the technique of individual athletic disciplines, games and competitions supplemented with gymnastic basics and ball games. English is included in the lessons in the form of thematic games. In our courses, children not only improve their physical abilities, but also build self-confidence and social skills through various group activities.

Kids On Track Academy 9+

With children aged 9 years and up, the lessons focus on structured athletic training and the technique of individual disciplines. This program is suitable for all children who want to try athletics without the stress of competition or as a supplement to their existing sport. English is part of every lesson in the form of movement games.

Teenage Runners 13-16 years 

Our athletics lessons for teenagers aged 13-16 years offer the opportunity to improve running technique and fitness in a friendly, non-competitive environment. Thanks to the friendly atmosphere and professional guidance, you will improve not only your physical potential, but also your self-confidence! Join our community of Teenage Runners, motivate each other and discover the joy of movement!

Our goal and philosophy

The basis of our exercise program is athletics, gymnastics and ball games, with an emphasis on athletics. We develop movement skills in a playful way with an emphasis on the child's psychomotor development, so that the organism is not overloaded and the body shell is not damaged.

We non-violently include English in the program in the form of activities focused on various topics from everyday life. We train in small groups, focusing on the needs of the individual. An individual and sensitive approach is essential for us, which is why we divide children not only according to their age, but also according to their true maturity and their needs.

We teach children social skills important for life (personality formation, working in a group, respect for others, forming friendships and values, listening to instructions, listening to others, learning independence, building qualities such as tenacity, perseverance, purposefulness, etc.)

We build children's healthy self-esteem and confidence in their own abilities through the method of specific positive feedback.

We teach them to recognize their possibilities and limits, we support healthy competition. Children do not show negative emotions, but on the contrary, the experience of sports itself becomes positive.

We train outside most of the year and strengthen the children's immunity .

We are in close contact with parents and give them regular feedback.

Athlete's card

At the beginning of the course, each athlete receives his athlete card, where he collects stickers. Stickers are of two types - stickers for participation and stickers for hardworking and fair athletes.

For 5 special stickers, children will earn a bronze badge of our decathlon whistle. Children receive a silver badge for 10 special stickers and a gold badge for 15. For overview, the children have all the badges pre-printed on the back of the card, so they can cross off the ones they already have.

The system of cards and badges is a great motivational mechanism that works well with smaller and older children and they always look forward to their reward!
