Provider of the camps
The Multi-Sport Camp Kids On Track (hereinafter KOT) is operated by the responsible person Martina Saulich, ID number: 01657402, VAT number: CZ01657402. The operator provides facilities, coaches, registration of children for individual sessions, meals (lunches and afternoon fruit snacks), and the camp program.
Who the camp is for
Who the camp is for: Children aged 5-14.
Participation requirements include a fit health condition and adequate maturity of the children. The camp operator and coaches responsible for organizing the camp must be informed about the child's health condition (allergies, regular medications, diet, etc.). In case the child shows signs of illness (high temperature, cough, etc.), the instructors have the right to refuse admission to the camp or may require a medical certificate confirming the child's health eligibility.
How to register
How to enroll: A parent (legal guardian) can enroll a child through an online registration on the official Kids On Track website. By submitting the registration, the parent (legal guardian) confirms the binding nature of the registration and agrees to the conditions of the KOT multi-sport camp. Upon acceptance of the registration, the parent will receive an invoice for a deposit of CZK 1000. Payment of the deposit places the child in the selected session. The total amount for the camp must be paid to the operator's account by June 30, 2024.
Cancellation policy for camps
A parent (legal guardian) can withdraw a child at any time. The refunded amount is calculated according to the following rules:
- Cancellation more than 90 days before the start of the camp: 100% of the deposit refunded.
- Cancellation more than 60 days before the start of the camp: 70% of the deposit refunded.
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the camp: 50% of the deposit refunded.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the camp: 30% of the deposit refunded.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the camp: 0% of the total amount refunded. If a medical report is submitted, 30% of the total amount will be refunded.
Responsibilities
The provider is responsible for organizing the program and providing professional guidance to children by coaches. During the program, from the time of taking over the child to handing over the child, the provider is responsible for the coach's supervision of the child.
A parent must be available on a mobile phone during exercise in case the child needs to be picked up early. After the program ends, a parent (legal guardian) will pick up the child at the camp location.
Parents are responsible for ensuring that the child meets the necessary requirements for participating in the program. Coaches are obliged to notify parents if the child no longer meets the necessary requirements. Sick, injured, or infectious children should not be brought to the camp.
The camp provider is not liable for the loss or damage of personal property (mobile phones, personal items, valuables) due to their possession during the programs being not recommended.
Furthermore, it is prohibited to bring any pyrotechnics into the camp facility, as well as any items and equipment that could cause harm to the health or life of any participants of the camp. A strict prohibition also applies to bringing in, storing, or using addictive, psychotropic, and narcotic substances. In case of any violation of these above-mentioned conditions or gross violation of the rules, a child may be expelled from the camp without entitlement to any refund.
Provider of the camps Clothing and equipment for the camp
We recommend packing clothes for changing with regard to the weather and the program, which is communicated during the camp and adjusted according to the current weather forecast. Additionally, a head covering, sunscreen, raincoat, sports shoes for outdoors and indoors should not be missing. Also, a snack for the morning and a water bottle.
When arriving to the camp first day, please submit a copy of the participant's health insurance card and a certificate of non-infectiousness with the date of entry to the camp.
Behavior of children at camps
If a child behaves inappropriately, disrupts the course of the camp, or endangers their own or other children's safety, we make every effort to resolve the situation in close cooperation with the parent. If the situation cannot be improved, the child may be expelled from the camp.
Personal data management
Personal data is processed for the purpose of maintaining a list of KOT program members, communicating with participants and parents, and documenting KOT activities. Data is stored for the duration of membership and participation in the program.
In connection with the provisions of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On the Protection of Personal Data, as amended, the parent (legal guardian) gives consent to the collection, gathering, and storage of personal data until their archiving and disposal by registering. At the same time, by submitting the application, they confirm that they have familiarized themselves with the conditions of the KOT multi-sport camp and agree to them without reservation.
Photography and videorecording
Photography and videorecording during the camp are allowed. If parents (legal guardians) do not agree with the publication of these recordings, they must inform the program organizer.
