Athletic mini camps

During the year, we organize several athletic mini-camps that offer the opportunity to discover new disciplines and improve technique under the supervision of our professional coaches.

Price

• 650 CZK/day
• The price includes the program, equipment, coaches, stadium rental. Food is not included.

Program

At the one-day camp, children will have the opportunity to try out a wide range of athletic disciplines, such as:

• Cast javelin
  
• Shot-put
  
• Starts from blocks
  
• Running over high obstacles
  
• Long jump etc.

In addition to athletic activities, we will also include fun games, compensatory exercises and stretching in the program to ensure the comprehensive development of children's physical abilities and their sports skills.

Who the camp is for?

• Our one-day athletics camp is open to all children between the ages of 6 and 12, regardless of their previous athletics experience.

• We look forward to your participation and believe that the children will take away from our camp not only new sports skills, but also a lot of unforgettable experiences!
